The conference "Sustainable Energy Development based on the achievements and modern developments of Russian power engineering" was held in Yekaterinburg and was dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the Ural Turbine Plant. The event was attended by customers and partners of UTZ for the joint supply of equipment for thermal power plants, as well as representatives of large generating companies.

The CKTI staff made two presentations

- "Reengineering of turbine blades. Fatigue tests (structural endurance)".
Speaker: Gavrilov Sergey Nikolaevich – Deputy General Director - Head of the Department of turbine installations.

- "VIDAS is a system for operational diagnostics of the vibration state of turbine units."
Speaker: Vadim G. Rakovsky – Head of laboratories for diagnostic systems of turbine units.
