On August 8, 2022, a meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC NPO CCTI was held on the election of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Following the results of the voting, Alexander Ivanovsky, the General Designer of Power Machines JSC, was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of NPO CKTI, Vladimir Mikhailov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Maria Alexandrovna Ruzanova, Secretary of the Board of Directors.
