Main Activities of LLC "MO CKTI":

Subsidiary enterprise - Heat Supply Network Company (LLC "TSK")
The company was established to transport thermal energy from the CGPP of JSC "NPO CKTI" consumers City Housing Complex "Tsarskaya Stolitsa", and also for the sale of thermal energy to consumers in City Housing Complex "Tsarskaya Stolitsa". The organization operates 3.06 km of trunk networks and 5.46 km of quarterly networks under its ownership.
Main Activities of LLC "TSK":
- transfer and distribution of heat energy using a heat carrier from the point of receiving heat energy (JSC "NPO CKTI") to the point of transferring heat energy, the heat carrier (City Housing Complex "Tsarskaya Stolitsa");
- operation of heat networks in order to maintain heat networks in a state that corresponds to the established technical regulations, rules of technical operation of heat supply facilities and heat-consuming installations), maintaining up-to-date set of permits;
- improving the reliability, security and quality of service for the transfer of thermal energy;
- interaction with state authorities that carry out state regulation and control in the field of heat supply;
- implementation of programs of measures in the field of energy saving and energy efficiency improvement;
- organization of execution of targeted programs of capital investments and repairs;
- the extension zones of a heat supply at the expense of connection of new objects;
- organization of interaction with consumers of thermal energy on behalf of JSC "NPO CKTI" in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
- conclusion of direct heat supply contracts with the owners of premises on behalf of JSC "NPO CKTI";
- activities for the manufacture and supply of heat and power equipment.
